Operativa is thrilled to announce the next show in Rome: “Un Raggio Verde” the first exhibition of Marco Emmanuele in the gallery Space.
The project welcomes the artist’s latest production, winding through his macro and micro visions.
Abstract landscapes caught from far-off and intimate moments perceived from very close.
His most recent research focuses mainly on painting with glass paste, through which the artist seeks the residual light of civilization with an imaginary at the same time abysmal and dreamlike.
Marco Emmanuele (Catania, 1986) initially dedicated to research and music production, in 2010 decided to continue his studies in Architecture moving to Rome, where he now lives and works.
The artist produces works in ceramics, iron, and glass, which revolve around debris, witnesses of the human attitude to colonization and alteration of places.
