Within the framework of its “Hors-les-murs” programme, the Fondation Louis Vuitton invites Katharina Grosse to create a new work for the Espace Louis Vuitton image of the artist’s hands printed on metallic mesh fabric, depicting a moment where the boundaries between the artist’s body and the coloured material blur in the takes on special resonance in the Venetian context, this work blends the transparent with the opaque, letting light filter through, creating a gateway to a dreamlike and imagination.
