Lorenzo Lunghi (b. 1993, Crema, Italy) is a Milan-based artist whose multidisciplinary practice explores the intersections of technology, human perception, and the psychological dimensions of contemporary life. His sculpture-performance practice comes from a DIY between neo- Luddite imagery and sci-fi alienation, in a magical- rudimental perspective. Through his sculptural practice, Lunghi’s work develops from the study of contemporary popular beliefs that can arise from web speculations, fake-news and related conspiracies. By identifying a possible narrative development, he reflects on the creation of new myths and rituals; hyper-narratives that come from the web and influence reality. In particular, he focuses on the different ways in which fear of technological objects, with the power to enslave us, develops in various ways, from neo-luddite violence to a state of paranoia and alienation. Consequently, Lunghi uses a type of production that comes “from below”, an attitude in which creative activity is developed by rethinking and modifying objects, and systems of production, that seem so blunt but are sharp after all.
He exhibited in various art spaces, including: La Rada (Locarno, 2023); Manifattura Tabacchi (Florence, 2022); Plattform22 (Kulturhaus Palazzo, 2022); Giulietta (Basel, 2021); ANCONTEMPORANEA (Ancona, 2021); Localedue (Bologna, 2021); Palazzo delle Esposizioni (Rome, 2020); Sonnenstube (Spazio Morel, 2019).

Marina Cavadini (b. 1988, Milan, Italy) works and lives in Milan.
She is a research-basedartist working in a wide range of media including performance, sculpture and video. Informed by biology, she integrates organic and inanimate materials to reflect the multiplicity of our existence. Her work engages deeply with themes of vulnerability and intimacy, employing processes of decay, mimicry and symbiosis. By doing so, she infuses her art with a surrealistic and erotic sensibility.
Cavadini's approach often involves a meticulous examination of biological processes, transforming them into metaphors for human experience. Her performance pieces might explore the gradual transformation of organic matter, symbolizing the inevitable decay inherent in life. In her sculptures, she juxtaposes living organisms with man-made objects, creating a dialogue between life and death, nature and artifice. This interplay underscores the interconnection of all forms of existence, highlighting how the boundaries between them are often blurred.
