Mostra del decennale di Artuner.

Comunicato stampa

Artuner is pleased to present Dieci, an exhibition celebrating Artuner’s 10th anniversary in Turin this November at Palazzo Coardi di Carpeneto. Opening on November 1st, the exhibition will run through the 5th alongside the Artissima art fair. The group exhibition will present works by Michael Armitage, Manuele Cerutti, Pietro Consagra, Marcus Cope, David Czupryn, Ana Elisa Egreja, Luigi Ghirri, Josh Kline, Paul Kneale, Pia Krajewski, Keita Morimoto, Eva Helene Pade, and Jan-Luka Schmitz.

Since 2013, Artuner has been working with over 100 artists, pioneering a new format of exhibitions worldwide and its online platform. In the past ten years, Artuner has held exhibitions in New York City, Turin, Berlin, Paris, London, Athens, and more. During the Artissima period, Turin makes a consistent backdrop for Artuner group exhibitions, featuring artists from different generations in dialogue with each other. Dieci features the artists Artuner has been working with over the years. Palazzo Coardi di Carpeneto, the location for the upcoming exhibition Dieci, overlooks the historical Piazza Carlo Emanuele II. The architecture of the building is based on Baroque and Rococo details and still offers the preserved eighteenth-century stuccos and busts and is a time capsule in the heart of Turin.

Dieci will feature thirteen artists from nine different countries. This exhibition will mark the sixth return to Turin for Artuner. All the artists in Dieci have been featured in Artuner’s exhibitions in Turin in the past eight years, beginning with Artuner’s first show in 2015 featuring the artist Michael Armitage. The artists Josh Kline, David Czypryn, and Pia Krajewski have been shown multiple times in Artuner’s exhibition at Palazzo Capris over the years. Turin has been a cornerstone of many of Artuner’s most important exhibitions. This year Artuner is looking forward to celebrating ten years, as it looks forward into the next ten.
