Schiavo Zoppelli Gallery is pleased to present Pulisci i piedi e lavati le mani, a solo presentation of works by Andrea Sala. The exhibition will feature a new series of sculptures and works on paper created for the gallery space. The title suggests the ritual required when entering one's home and reveals the continuity of the artist's research of the symbolic and emotional value of objects and places, often read as a metaphor for the human body. In a process of subtraction taken to its extreme consequences, Sala lays bare the cultural codes and psychological levers that move the act of living and building, narrated with a personal logic that has always distinguished the artist's practice.

In accordance with COVID-19 regulations, during the opening only visitors in possession of the Green Pass certificate complete with QR Code will be allowed to enter the gallery.
