Maurizio Caldirola Arte Contemporanea è lieta di presentare Festa, mostra personale di Luca Santese.
Una serie di dodici immagini fotografiche si intercalano a video e testi fotografici che, supportati dalla presenza metafisica di volumi, accompagnano l'interlocutore ad addentrarsi nel ciclo vitae di un racconto di grande evocazione filosofica, quello della Festa.
"La Festa è l’eterna ripetizione di un evento primigenio, accaduto in un tempo tanto profondo da essere impossibile da stabilire. È un tempo fuori dalla storia, prossimo all’eterno e che continua a riecheggiare negli abissi dell’umanità. È il mito, letteralmente la “parola vera”, a raccontare questo tempo primordiale, a delinearne i contorni, ad evocarne il suono originario.
La Festa è luogo ed evento di manifestazione comunitaria dell’arte, momento in cui gli archetipi dell’orrore primigenio vengono rievocati, in cui il vagito disperato dell’umanità prende forma e si fa danza, gura, suono, parola. La serie di fotografie/opere che compongono la Festa sono una riappropriazione di questi archetipi e delle loro forme: l’organico, la pulsazione vitale, l’emergere della figura umana e della sua maschera, l’implacabilità del ciclo naturale vita-morte."

Maurizio Caldirola Arte Contemporanea is pleased to present Festa, a solo show by Luca Santese.
A series of twelve images interspersed with a video and photographic lyrics that, supportede by the presence of metaphysical volumes, involve the interlocutor to go through the lifetime of a story of a great philosophical evocation, that of Festa.
'"Festa is the eternal repetition of a primal event that took place in a time so remote to be impossible to determine. It is a time beyond the history, close to eternity and continuously echoing in the abyss of humanity. It is the myth - literally “the real word” - that narrates these primordial times, delineates its contours and summons its original sound.
Festa is where Art’s community manifestation occurs, the moment in which the archetypes of primal horror are summoned, where the desperate cry of humankind reshapes into dance, picture, sound, word.
The series of photographs that compose Festa is a repossession of those archetypes and its forms: the organic, the vital pulse, the surfacing of the human figure and its mask, the implacability of life and death’s natural cycle. "

Luca Santese, 1985, Monza (MB).
Luca Santese is an Italian photographer. He studied at Monza’s Art institute and at the Fine Arts Academy of Brera in Milan. In 2008 he launches and became a member of Cesura group. Cesura are a photographers group representing projects.
